What exactly happened on January 20, 2021?
Continuity of Government (COG) is a coordinated effort within each of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches to ensure that governance and essential functions continue to be performed before, during, and after an emergency. COG could also be implemented after an act of war occurs or after an attempted or successful overthrow of the US government. (i.e. election interference, manipulation of electronic voting machines, etc.)
It is good to note that COG can also be referred to as COOP, or Continuity of Operations Planning. We will refer to it as COG for the remainder of this post.
A Continuity of Government plan was first activated in the US after 9/11.
Presidential Emergency Actions Documents (PEADs) are draft classified executive orders, proclamations, and messages to Congress that are prepared for the President of the United States to exercise or expand powers in anticipation of a range of emergency hypothetical worst-case scenarios, so that they are ready to sign and put into effect the moment one of those scenarios comes to pass.
During a continuation of government episode, the Commander-In-Chief of the military remains in his position to ensure that the military can be directed against the enemy of the Constitution or during the emergency situation. Even if a new POTUS were inaugurated/installed in the interim, the Commander-In-Chief would remain active directing military activity.
Derrick Johnson, who appears to have retired from the US Army in 2014, has been educating people on COG for several months now.
Most of the information our team has gleaned on this topic is from DJ. However, the goal of this post is to provide some cliff notes and resources all in one place so others can begin to educate themselves on COG. Derek Johnson would state simply that the Federal Government has been operating under COG since at least January 20, 2017 and likely “visible” prior to Trump’s Presidential candidacy decent down the elevator in 2015.
Military Intelligence (MI) and JAG headbands were clearly displayed on the military officers that stood behind Trump when he spoke after being inaugurated in January 2017. Trump’s inauguration speech clearly communicated that his inauguration was not a transfer of power between parties (DEM to REP), but it was returning power back to “We The People.” Listen closely!

9 National Emergencies declared from 2017 to March 2020; 7 via Executive Orders; unaddressed by Congress (because that’s the Military Op/COG plan)
It is good to note that Biden has extended every single Executive Order that includes National Emergencies and National Guard directives.
It is also good to note that Biden has never mentioned Space Force publicly and Space Force has never mentioned Biden on their website or in any article.
It is also good to note that the Army and Navy transferred ALL satellite communications to Space Force under ONE command on 8/15/22. This was announced in September 2021 with the actual transfer occurring 11 months later.

So where is the proof of COG?
Well, here is a short list to ponder as COG is nearly impossible to refute.
Trump stated 100+ times from the White House briefings during COVID in March 2020 that "We are at war with an Invisible Enemy." The statement that “we are at war” from a sitting POTUS and Commander-In-Chief simply confirmed that the Law of War Manual applies.
Biden’s “inauguration” did not meet normal codes as the oath of office was administered 13 minutes prior to 12:00 noon. The timing of a Presidential inauguration swearing in MUST occur on or after 12:00 noon so some would say that his inauguration was invalid. The military does NOT make mistakes like this.
Several video sources reported seeing National Guard troops and other military personnel turning their back to Joe Biden has he supposedly processed through the streets of Washington DC prior to the “inauguration” that we all watched on TV. These actions would have had to be ordered as this show of public disrespect would not be allowed in the military. Of course, these actions would align if the processional was for a traitor of the US during a funeral processional. JFK Jr claimed that Biden was a traitor back in 1994, nearly 30 years ago.
Derrick Johnson and others have also pointed out that Trump received the traditional 21-gun salute (with 4 cannons) at Joint Base Andrews on Biden’s inauguration day.
In contrast, Biden received a 3-volley salute traditionally used as a ceremonial act at a military funeral.
So what exactly happened on 1/20/21?
Some have also noted that the National Guard can ONLY be directed to serve overseas by the Commander-In-Chief. Again, Biden has never directed any National Guard activity since being inaugurated. However, National Guard troops have been deployed overseas multiple times during the Biden administration and to places like Gitmo, a place that Biden is on record as wanting to shut down. Why would Biden send the NG to Gitmo to expand the court rooms there? This makes no sense and serves as irrefutable “proof” that COG is happening.

Finally, several things occurred in December 2020 while Trump was still in office, but a supposed “sitting duck” after “losing” the 2020 election. Retired US Army Special Force Colonel, Christopher Miller served as “acting” Secretary of Defense from November 9, 2020 to January 20, 2021. On December 18, 2020, Miller ordered the Pentagon to postpone 40 meetings with the incoming Joe Biden Administration until January 1, 2021.
And how about December 2019? What happened then?
So what does this all mean? If the US is operating under Military Occupancy and COG, would that explain why justice will never be served up by the US courts? Does COG explain that US criminal law is currently “trumped” by military law or that the Constitution is temporarily suspended? What exactly is the emergency that “We The People” in America or “We The People” from across the globe are living through that would require COG in the US?
One could argue naively that COVID-19 was or is the global emergency. A global pandemic certainly would appear to be a unique and special emergency situation that would require emergency orders. However, our team might suggest that COVID-19 is a small piece or part of the “emergency.” Remember, COVID-19 protocols were used to alter in-person voting procedures and the public fear surrounding COVID-19 led to more people voting by mail than ever before. This opened the door for EVM fraud to occur at levels never seen before. Fraud exposes everything!
It might be time to get out the face paint and put on our wartime garb. Trump didn’t change his Truth Social profile picture just for fun. He is reminding all of us that war requires a rally of sorts and this international rally is centered on the God-given freedoms protected under the US Constitution and displayed by “Old Glory.”
We are likely talking about international crimes against humanity perpetrated by US government agencies and officials, causing military occupancy and COG to be required.
