For those of you who missed the introduction to this series of posts on ES&S, I might suggest you read Vol 1 first. Scroll down to the bottom to find the link. Vol 2 of this series focuses on EAC, HAVA, and the potential impacts in NJ, NE, and beyond.
Please know that this series of posts on ES&S is NOT being written to be just another “clanging cymbal” about voter system errors and voting fraud that ultimately ends in another migraine headache. It is simply meant to inform on EAC and HAVA.
This thread was also NOT written to convince you that voting system errors and voter fraud ran rampant in 2018, 2020, and 2022 in US elections. These facts have already been proven often by others and are continuing to be proven by patriots across the fruited plain like Seth Keshel and a host of others.
Plainly speaking, this unfolding series of posts on ES&S is meant to inform US citizens. “An educated citizenry is a vital requisite for our survival as a free people.”
So let’s also address the “yawn factor” right up front, shall we? Even if ES&S tabulators were found to be producing errant results in all Nebraska county elections, would it really affect the outcome of any major elections locally or nationally? In other words, isn’t this all just noise at this stage for peeps in Nebraska? Time to just move on? Let’s answer these questions with a few more questions.
So how did we get here? How did we get to a place in American history where the Constitution has become a floor mat for the globalist elites? How have people “won” so many elections and gained all of this “power and influence” who are clearly opposed to the US Constitution (enemy combatants) and some even haters of America (capitalism bad, socialism good)? Answer: Voter fraud. These globalist ideologies have not been “voted in.” They have been “installed.” You see, this is the keystone to the globalist movement - control the counting of the ballots.
Voting system errors and fraud are NOT just occurring in the US – these are occurring in countries across the world. Protests in Brazil went on for weeks after Bolsonaro “lost” the election there with a sign hanging at center stage stating, “We want the source code.” The Brazilian people are fighting the same fight against what? Voting systems - man vs machine.
So think logically……why is Bolsonaro applying for a tourist visa in US?
Jair Bolsonaro applies for six-month tourist visa to stay in the US (1/30/23) https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/jan/30/jair-bolsonaro-us-visa-brazil
Let’s transition now….what exactly is Election Assistance Commission’s (EAC) role in US elections?
Section 803 of HAVA transferred the functions of the FEC's National Clearinghouse on Election Administration to an Election Assistance Commission (EAC). HAVA describes the clearinghouse role of EAC.
And what exactly is the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002?
HAVA was passed by the U.S. Congress in 2002 to make sweeping reforms to the nation's voting process. HAVA addresses improvements to voting systems and voter access that were identified following the 2000 election. HAVA mandates that EAC test and certify voting equipment, maintain the National Voter Registration form and administer a national clearinghouse on elections that includes shared practices, information for voters and other resources to improve elections.
So take a deep breath and pause for a minute to summarize what we know so far. EAC and HAVA 2002 basically sets the standard for voting systems (Dominion/ES&S) to protect the integrity of the vote.
Okay, so here is the story cited earlier from Monmouth County, New Jersey:
A voting system error in New Jersey could flip the outcome of a local school board race (1/19/23) https://www.cnn.com/2023/01/18/politics/new-jersey-school-board-voting-machine/index.html
State launches investigation into Monmouth County voting irregularities (1/24/23) https://newjerseymonitor.com/2023/01/24/state-launches-investigation-into-monmouth-county-voting-irregularities/
This story basically showcases EAC’s role. The voting systems in Monmouth did not meet the error standards set forth by EAC; therefore, the election results were deemed unreliable.
So picture yourself arriving at your campsite and it is time to start rubbing two sticks together to see if you can create a spark and get the fire started. Remember, only you can prevent forest fires!
I am not a renowned scientist or a learned mathematician, but it would appear that Nebraska’s Secretary of State Robert Evnen admitted publicly on 12/16/2022 that the error rate for the voting systems (ES&S) counting ballots in NE is way outside the error rate standards threshold established by the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) to protect the integrity of our elections. The headline of the story is misleading.
Hand-counted election audit finds low error rate with Nebraska’s voting machines (12/16/22) https://nebraskaexaminer.com/2022/12/16/hand-counted-election-audit-finds-low-error-rate-with-nebraskas-voting-machines/?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email
Using simple math and comparing that to the target error rate cited on the EAC website, the error rate confirmed by Nebraska’s SOS Evnen is 150-250x above the threshold, possibly more. This is not only a direct violation of EAC voting standards, but it would require immediate action be taken and possibly similar to what occurred in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
We would all be wise to pull up a chair around the campfire alongside Robert J. Borer at this stage. Mr. Borer was a 2022 write-in candidate for Governor in Nebraska. SOS Evnen has been stonewalling Mr. Borer and many other patriots in Nebraska for months and months now. I highly recommend following Mr. Borer’s sub stack “We The People.” He shared this in a recent post and offers more details on the ES&S topic here and here.
Q: Just to refresh once more….How many localities and states operate ES&S systems?
A: As of 2014, ES&S had customers in 4,500 localities in 42 states and two U.S. territories.
Stay frosty, my friends…….it is about to get a little hot out there if these sticks keep rubbing together and sparks start flying around.
Keep your eyes out for ES&S Vol 3. And when I say “volume,” I mean noise. Louder still and louder…..”we the people” must keep “digging,” we must keep “turning up the volume,” we must keep “shining the light”……free speech and our right to fair elections is under attack like never before so let’s keep flexing our free speech muscles while we still can.
Here is ES&S Vol 1 for those of you playing catch up on the topic of ES&S.
