According to US Flag code, flying the American flag upside down is only meant to be done ”….as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life and property.”
According to some news sources, the people of East Palestine, OH have been flying flags upside down on their homes to indicate a “distress signal.” Their community has been destroyed by the recent chemical fires resulting from the train derailment there. It is quite tragic!
Distress signals were also hoisted up the flag pole by a plethora of people in 2009, sending out a dire warning about electronic voting systems. These distress signals went out for all to hear, but they turned into white noise rather quickly, almost like Americans were listening to static on their radios. Sound familiar? Is ES&S/Dominion the top story in the news? Hahaha……it is not only NOT the top story…..it is NO story at all. It has been completely white washed by the US MSM, the enemy of “We The People.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitewashing_(censorship)
So what are we referring to exactly?
People began expressing concerns (distress signals with the US flag hanging upside down) about Diebold Voting Systems back in 2009.

Did you know that the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against ES&S in mid-November 2009 along with 9 states?
DOJ challenges merger between two (2) largest voting equipment suppliers (11/24/09)
https://fairvote.org/doj-challenges-merger-between-two-largest-voting-equipment-suppliers/ FairVote - Geoffrey Porter
“Last week, the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and nine states filed a lawsuit against Election Systems and Software (ES&S), the largest supplier of voting machines in the U.S., in response to the purchase, last year (2008) of it biggest competitor, Premier Election Solutions. The DOJ antitrust division also announced an agreement with ES&S to sell off the voting hardware assets acquired in the purchase, which effectively consolidated ownership of around 70 percent of all U.S. voting equipment in its hands, although ES&S may end up with many of the ongoing service contracts associated with the former Premier equipment. This consolidation of ownership prompted vocal opposition from voting advocates and election officials who argued that its near monopoly on voting equipment would expand ES&S’ already substantial use of predatory business practices, further raising the costs of holding elections for many localities.”
“Indeed, with the (2010) midterm elections fast approaching, one can only imagine the potential cost of allowing the purchase to stand, not to mention the disconcerting amount of control it would have given one privately owned company over democracy in the U.S.”
Two voting machine vendors dominated US elections in the early 2000s: Diebold Elections Systems (eloquently renamed “Premier Election Solutions” in 2007) and Election Systems and Software. Multiple sources reported in 2004 that Diebold controlled about 50% of the electronic voting machine market.
Remember – EVMs are and have been under duress in many other countries including Brazil and India. In Brazil, the people protested for weeks demanding the source code from the EVMs when Lula da Silva was declared winner over Bolsonaro.
In an open letter to the Save Indian Democracy Organization discussing the use of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) in India, Dr. David Dill stated in February 2010:
“It is not sufficient for election results to be accurate; the public must know that the results are accurate. Civil society is damaged if elections are not credible, even when fraud cannot be demonstrated.” …….”It is time to recognize the reality that there is no basis for public trust in paperless electronic voting equipment. Computerized voting equipment is inherently subject to programming error, equipment malfunction, and malicious tampering.”

So what did the DOJ do with the 2009 lawsuit filed by the USA and 9 plaintiff states on behalf of “We The People?” Well, of course, this rather simple matter was resolved quite quickly. In less than 4 months, the DOJ ruled that the combined company (ES&S and Diebold) provided more than 70% of the US voting equipment and needed to divest.
DOJ requires key divestiture in Election Systems & Software/Premier Election Solutions merger (3/8/10)
DOJ requires changes to e-voting acquisition (3/9/10)
In short, rulings were made swiftly and everything was “settled” and “declared okay.” I know an SOS in NE who did something similar after the 2020 elections…..his general messaging to the public goes something like ”…No need to investigate any further. I declare everything is fine with the voting systems in NE.”
The National Associate of Attorneys General actually reported that this historic case was opened and closed in 2010 so you might conclude that the case was closed in less than 3 months.

Later in 2010, Diebold apparently “dissolved” with assets split between ES&S and…..wait for it…..Dominion Voting Systems, a relatively unknown company with HQ in Canada.
So they basically off-shored US voting system equipment by creating one (1) Canadian based company and one (1) US based company in Omaha, NE? Sounds like a global partnership, doesn’t it? A “One World” government type of thingee? These two (2) companies basically own the voting system market, yet Omaha does not even list ES&S on its Wikipedia page as being “home to ES&S.”
This break-down of EVM vendors as of 2017 says all that needs to be said. 80% coverage ain’t bad!

This concludes shovel #5 on this massive excavation project involving ES&S. I hope you enjoy being “over the target” before “false flag” season really opens up.
Want to dig further on your own to connect a few more dots?
Q: Did you know that Rep Chuck Hagel was chairman of ES&S from 1992 until 1996?
A: Hagel ran for Senator-NE in 1996, defeating Nelson in a surprising win with 56% of the vote. Polls in the beginning of the race had Nelson with 63-65% and Hagel with 15-18% of the vote. Hagel served as Senator-NE from 1997 to 2009 and then as the US Sec of Def from 2013 to 2015 under Barack H. Obama.
Q: What is Karl Rove’s nickname?
A: “The Architect”
Q: Who was the co-founder of ES&S and what is his background?
A: Bob Urosevich was the co-founder of ES&S. He has ties to I-Mark, Global Election Systems, Diebold, Scytil (USA)….oh, and Karl Rove too. C’mon man….not everyone can be an architect when building a fortress.
