A close friend of one of our team members was recently expressing frustrations surrounding college transcripts. Her daughter completed some dual-credit courses while in high school and now it was time to get her transcripts from that college transferred to the college her daughter plans to attend in the fall. The question she raised was quite intriguing, “Why should we have to pay for what already is ours?” In this case, the parents already paid a substantial fee for the dual credit college courses offered through the private high school and the daughter successfully completed the classes. Why are people being charged a “fee” to get a copy of their receipt? Lots of truth spoken in her short question: “Why should we have to pay for what already is ours?” Why is the receipt (transcript) the “property” of the college/university and NOT the person who paid for it or the person who completed the work?
“Why should we have to pay for what already is ours?”
Isn’t this the exact same question at the core of the election voting machine scandal? Why can’t we see the source code from the EVMs? Why are “We The People” not allowed to know who owns or who is invested in the electronic voting machine (EVM) companies? Why is all of this “public” information about EVM company ownership held as “property” of a “private” investment group? Why do we even have to fight at all for what is already ours? “We The People” own the elections, right? “We The People” pay for the election services and we complete the task of voting.
Volume 6 of this series entitled ES&S “All Roads Lead To Omaha” focuses in on this very question. Who actually owns or is an investor in the EVM company based in Omaha called ES&S? Well, we do know one thing - the McCarthy Group is a part owner.
However, the final answer on this topic is really the same as above. You are not allowed to know, at least not fully. Even the State Election Boards are not even allowed to know in full. Allow us to explain with this article involving North Carolina elections.
Who’s behind voting-machine makers? Money of unclear origins | AP Emery P Dalesio (7/12/19)

The voting-machine makers that aim to sell their systems in North Carolina are largely owned by private equity firms that don’t disclose their investors.
“The companies didn’t want the public to know even that much.”
The three companies — Omaha, Nebraska-based Election Systems & Software; Boston-based Clear Ballot; and Austin, Texas-based Hart InterCivic — were told to disclose anyone holding a 5 percent or greater stake, or in a parent company or any subsidiaries. All three private companies responded by listing their executives and equity funds as chief owners. And all three asked that even these responses be kept confidential.
Election Systems & Software did disclose that it is controlled through an intermediary company by McCarthy Group, a private equity firm also based in Omaha. The CEO and chief financial officer of ES&S own smaller stakes.
Mike McCarthy and his wife Nancy McCarthy have ownership interests in the McCarthy Group, LLC, along with Kenneth Stinson. Mike McCarthy is pictured here.
Tom Burt, CEO and Todd Urosevich, Founder, both of Election Systems & Software are pictured here visiting the Child Saving Institute in Omaha, NE on 2/12/2020.
The McCarthy Group was apparently started in 1986 as a “capital facilitator.” I wonder why ES&S is not listed on their website under “Investments - Current?”

McCarthy was inducted into the Omaha Business Hall of Fame on 5/2/22 and excerpts from his speech and other interviews can be found in this video.
2022 Nebraska Business Hall of Fame - Mike McCarthy
Around the 1:50 minute mark, Mike McCarthy states:
“We bought what was a bankrupt election services business in 1987, a business we still own today, which now counts about half the votes in the United States.”
Fast forward to 2023, Mr. McCarthy seems to be keeping an extremely low profile and it is difficult to even confirm exactly where he lives.
Some of the above facts about ES&S are further detailed on its Wikipedia page, and one specific detail stood out from 2019.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Election_Systems_%26_Software
In June 2019, ES&S was wholly owned by "Government Systems, Software & Services, Inc," of which "McCarthy Group. LLC" held a controlling ownership, and shares over 5% each were held by Tom Burt and Tom O'Brien. Shares over 5% of McCarthy Group in turn were owned by passive investors Nancy McCarthy and Kenneth Stinson. Burt is president/CEO of ES&S, and O'Brien is vice president/CFO.
Government Systems, Software & Services, Inc. owns 100% of the membership units

Q: So where exactly are the offices located for Government Systems, Software & Services, Inc. that apparently took ownership of ES&S in 2019?
A: It would appear that this is the registered address and this address leads to NRAI:

Well, that’s it. That is the story. You and our team do NOT get to know any more than that. Yes, we pay for the electronic voting systems with our tax dollars, and yes, we actually produce the election results (or so we think) by casting our vote. However, that is where the road ends on this topic - a complete mystery confirmed as such.
So can you imagine being Robert J. Borer, a write-in candidate for Governor in the state of Nebraska. In this post, Mr. Borer details that NE State statute says:
"A candidate who files a notarized affidavit shall be entitled to all write-in votes for the candidate…”
A US citizen (Mr. Borer) invested his time and money to run for office in the state of Nebraska and he (and those who voted for him) have been denied access to the election results. Why, you ask? That’s simple - a hand count would expose everything about the ES&S EVMs at the county level so he and his voters must be silenced. Just like knowing …who are the people who own the EVM companies,….”We The People” are NOT allowed to know.
Can you clearly see the demarcation line, or “dividing line,” between “We The People” and those elites controlling the EVMs? What fortress are they protecting?
