Human Trafficking And Child Exploitation Arrests On The Rise
Does This All Tie Back To EO 13093, Subterranean Warfare, and Military Parades?
Our team has been loosely tracking the cases and stories swirling around Jeffrey Epstein and now Sean “Diddy” Combs. We are constantly amazed by the pattern and flow of information. Damning information comes out, it is either ignored or downplayed by the US MSM, and the story slowly drifts into the background as being irrelevant and unimportant. This pattern of reporting, or lack thereof, has been going on for several years now so most people have become oblivious to it. The silence can be rather deafening at times for those attempting to follow the stories.
It is good to take a moment to reflect and remember that we are talking about crimes against humanity being committed on Epstein Island by top government officials of countries located across the globe. We are not just talking about horrifically inappropriate sexual acts with children. We are talking about child sacrifice rituals. We are talking about appalling crimes against humanity being committed against children of all nationalities.
In recent days, our “Maha Collective” team of citizen journalists has noticed that the topic of child sex trafficking has been on the rise. News stories citing mass arrests are appearing quite often now, but the stories seem rather confined to the local news. National coverage of these stories is often non-existent so our team wanted to at least raise public awareness by compiling several links to stories on this topic.
For those of you who still think that child trafficking is all nonsense, it is good to remember this. Donald J. Trump, during his first term, put forth Executive Order 13903. It was entitled, “Executive Order on Combating Human Trafficking and Online Child Exploitation in the United States.”
Human trafficking is a form of modern slavery. Throughout the United States and around the world, human trafficking tears apart communities, fuels criminal activity, and threatens the national security of the United States. It is estimated that millions of individuals are trafficked around the world each year — including into and within the United States.
Are we watching the impacts of this executive order play out in real time now?
As our team began to prepare this Substack post, we decided to limit ourselves to story links on this topic from just the first 6 months of 2025. We quickly realized that it was necessary that we narrow our scope and just focus on the last 3 months. The list of local news story links is simply too long to share when going back 6 months.
As you read through some of these links, ask yourself this question. What is going on here? Is a massive human trafficking network being dismantled in the US in real time? Are strings able to be cut on the above ground criminal networks now that the underground, subterranean infrastructure has been dismantled?
Are we watching the collapse of an entire economic system (the subterranean, underground trade of children/adrenochrome, etc.) or are all of these stories separate and unrelated? Of course, these are questions we can only ask and not really answer.
To kick this off, our team thought that this link was worth sharing first as it gives you, the reader, the understanding that human trafficking is a national epidemic.
Which U.S. States Have Had the Most Human Trafficking Victims Over the Past 5 Years?
Again, our team decided to limit our reporting to stories appearing over the last 90 days. Trust us when we say that there are many more stories from Q1-2025, but we decided to limit ourselves to just Q2-2025. Here is a summary of arrest activity for Q1-2025, per FBI Director, Dan Bongino, along with one local news story from Q1-2025.
“This is just the beginning," Bongino wrote in the post. "If you’re preying on children, we are coming for you."

North Star Task Force Announces Multiple Arrests Related to Child Sex Trafficking (4/1/25 - Flagstaff, AZ)
…child exploitation is not a distant or rare occurrence; it is a prevalent and ongoing issue hiding in plain sight.
So here is the interesting part. What happened prior to all of these arrests happening in Q2-2025? Trump must have bolstered federal programs combatting human trafficking right? Nope. Trump administration 2.0 was busy dismantling a plethora of “global” programs.
Trump cuts 69 global programs tackling child labor and human trafficking (3/27/25 - Washington)
The Donald Trump administration has terminated 69 international programs aimed at combating child labor, forced labor and human trafficking, potentially undermining decades of progress in protecting vulnerable workers globally.
What does this tell you? Think logically! How could a massive, coordinated effort to take down child trafficking criminal networks nationwide be happening simultaneously when nearly 70 federal programs “combatting” child labor and human trafficking are being cut? Could it be that these “global,” federally operated programs were NOT combatting human trafficking at all, but protecting it?
And then there’s this….
Clearly, there is no national story to cover here, right?
BREAKING NEWS: The impacts of this Executive Order issued by Donald J. Trump on 1/31/2020, addressing the real pandemic, are being felt right here and now.
The question remains. If Trump administration 2.0 is in the throes of shutting down the child trafficking networks that operate above ground, was Trump administration 1.0 successful in shutting down the underground tunnel systems, often referred to as the child trafficking super highway?
Was the recent military parade in Washington DC just about commemorating the 250th anniversary of the US Army or was this military parade, hosted on “Flag Day,” a declaration of victory in subterranean warfare? Lest we forget, military parades are often held after victory is achieved.
If Trump and the US Army were declaring victory over the enemy that operated the underground tunnel systems, it would also explain why arrests can now be made above ground for all of the perpetrators who supplied product (children) to this entirely separate economic system that operated underground.
It certainly looks like that $500,000,000 investment in subterranean warfare training announced publicly in 2018 and continued in 2023 and 2024 is paying quite the dividend in Q1 and Q2 of 2025.
Army Is Spending Half a Billion to Train Soldiers to Fight Underground (6/24/18)
Underground Soldiers: Army trains for operations below surface (6/12/23)
The Army has stepped up its training for tunnel warfare, a dangerous - and growing - form of combat (5/15/25)
The Army has built several tunnel warfare training facilities, including one of its largest at Fort Liberty, N.C., the base formerly known as Fort Bragg. Simply called Range 68, it's two-thirds of a mile of disorienting twists and turns, hatches, and doorways hidden in a mock Eastern European village.
Pause and reflect. Where did Trump go on 6/10/25, just 4 days before the massive parade in Washington DC on 6/14/25? Answer: Fort Bragg
In early June 2025, President Donald Trump visited Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He was there on June 10th to celebrate the U.S. Army's 250th birthday. This visit was also a prelude to a large military parade in Washington, D.C..
At the end of the day, Trump keeps his promises and this particular Executive Order 13093 is a big one. Remember those five digits!
Executive Order 13903, "Combating Human Trafficking and Online Child Exploitation in the United States," was issued on January 31, 2020, during the Trump administration.
Status: This Executive Order remains in effect and has not been rescinded.
