JFK Assassination File Release Brings FBI Evidence Record Back Into The Spotlight
Where There Is Silence, There Is The Story
The monumentally historic release of the JFK assassination files began on 3/18/25. This unprecedented display of transparency has created quite a stir.

Additional batches of files were declassified and released to the public in the days following 3/18/25. Per Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence, 77,000 pages had been released to the public as of Friday, 3/21/25.
It was reported earlier that President Donald J. Trump had declassified 80,000 pages total, leaving 3,000 more files/pages yet to be made public.
Many new theories of what actually happened on the day of the JFK assassination are emerging as a result of this massive declassification exercise. Based on the rather small fraction of material reviewed so far, the theory that there was just one shooter from the grassy knoll appears to be totally debunked. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna was interviewed on Fox News by Jesse Watters and she indicated that a secret tape shows Lee Harvey Oswald near JFK’s vehicle when the assassination took place.
More plainly stated, the widely accepted narrative that Lee Harvey Oswald was the shooter has been fully exposed as being completely untrue. Conspiracy theorists appear to be well positioned to be correct yet once again.
On Tuesday, 4/1/25, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna opened the task force hearing with several short, but powerful statements. This one stood out to our team.
The revelations emerging from these files are nothing short of staggering— discoveries that challenge long-held assumptions and raise profound questions about what we’ve been told happened on that day. Investigators poring over these pages have uncovered evidence that demands our scrutiny, evidence that suggests the official narrative may have been incomplete at best, and at worst, deliberately obscured.
The Committee on Oversight website posted the complete transcript of Luna’s opening statements for those interested.

Rather than prematurely argue over what actually happened on that dreadful day in 1963 when JFK was assassinated and the US government was basically overthrown, our team wanted to hone in on just one of the JFK assassination files. By conducting a thorough review of just one piece of evidence, it will showcase the monumental task that lies ahead for the American people as we slowly begin to sort through all that has been intentionally kept hidden from the public for so many years.
It is also good to remember that the JFK assassination files just coming to light in 2025 were NOT released, AS A MATTER OF NATIONAL SECURITY, for 60+ years. Even Donald J. Trump chose to NOT release all the JFK files during his first term. Multiple sources reported that this course of action, or lack thereof, was a matter of national security.
Articles published by the Associate Press and The Washington Post on 4/26/18 stated it this way.
Trump said that the potential harm to US national security, law enforcement, and foreign affairs is of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest in immediate disclosure.
In other words, the small flame from the JFK burial site that has been shining brightly for all of these years and protected fiercely by the military is no small flame. This seemingly insignificant flame is about to create a firestorm unlike anything we have ever seen before.
While many will try to convince you that the release of the JFK assassination files will be a gigantic “nothing burger,” our team will gently suggest that you might be wise to consider the source when this occurs.
Our post for today shines the spotlight on just one of the thousands of records that make up the JFK assassination files. More plainly stated, our team decided to hone in on just this one document described by the FBI as “Evidence received September 8, 1994.”
This particular FBI record seemed to warrant quite the response on social media on Tuesday, 3/18/25 when it was announced that a total of 80,000 JFK assassination files would be released to the public.
Our team happened to share this same image, or least a very similar image, in a few of the posts that we made several months earlier. On 5/16/24, for example, we presented this FBI document in our Substack post entitled “Continuity Of Government - SODPROPS.” We presented this image along side an image of troops standing with their backs to the motorcade allegedly carrying Joseph R. Biden on inauguration day.
Military personnel would never be allowed to turn their backs to the President of the United States. This public display of disapproval or disrespect would only be allowed, or even possibly ordered, if the troops were turning their backs to a treasonist or a traitor.
It is hard to imagine that this FBI document has been circulating on social media for at least 7 years and possibly much longer. While Chuck Grassley was actively promoting National AG day on 3/18/25, displaying his infamous “cornwatch” hashtag on social media while many of the midwestern states were experiencing quite the winter blizzard, this FBI document was being discovered by the masses.
This FBI document was shared by hundreds of people on just Twitter/X.
Greg Kelly put this exact same document in the spotlight on NEWSMAX. He not only mentioned it, but he also picked up the FBI document and turned it to the camera for all to see.

So what are we to take away from all of this? What are we to believe? Is this FBI document scintillating evidence? Or previously “debunked” conspiracy theory?
To be thorough, let’s quickly review the contents of this FBI document.
It describes a note or letter being hand delivered by a special agent to Joseph R. Biden on or around 9/8/1994. The FBI document states that the letter contained this simple, yet quite direct, hand written opening statement.
Dear Sen. Biden: You are a traitor …,
This FBI document did not share any other contents from the letter, but one can surmise that the letter contained additional verbiage per the description. The word “beginning” is included, which would suggest that additional verbiage was included.
Accompanying handwritten/hand printed letter dated 8/26/1994, beginning “Dear Sen. Biden: You are a traitor …,” and bearing the signature “John F. Kennedy, Jr.”
The various markings on this FBI document indicate that evidence was recorded on both 9/16/1994 and 11/4/1994. Yes, for nearly 30 years, this information has been swept under the rug as being hearsay, or unverifiable information at best. The general, quick to dismiss, consensus was that someone must have posed as John F. Kennedy, Jr. and sent a threatening letter to Senator Joseph R. Biden.
This Presidential Records Forum on History Hub entitled “Was Biden called a traitor by JFK Jr.?” highlighted this same FBI document, while downplaying its significance.
Here are snapshots of the same redacted FBI evidence record, along with closing comments taken from this same Presidential Records Forum.
A person named Michelle Kinnucan made this statement to end this forum recorded 7 years ago or some time in 2018. This FBI case, involving a threat made on a US Senator, was allegedly closed with no suspect ever identified.
The (FBI) case was closed with no subject identified.
When you perform a search for “Michelle Kinnucan,” it would be appear that she is the same person who is described as a researcher, writer, advocate, and veteran who sued the National Security Agency (NSA) and other agencies for the 1967 Israeli attack on the USS Liberty.
With all of this said, our team has not uncovered any evidence to prove that anyone else was ever questioned in this case. The FBI investigation into this mysterious hand written letter seemed to just mysteriously come to an abrupt stop.
Why wasn’t the fingerprint or DNA evidence that was lifted from the envelope and/or letter investigated further?
Why wasn’t JFK Jr. questioned? Or if he was, where is that evidence?
Why wasn’t JFK Jr.’s hand writing compared to the writing found on the envelope or in the letter?
Why did the delivery of one hand written letter cause the FBI to go into silent mode?
Why case closed?
A website called “The Vault,” that appears to be linked to the FBI in some way, shape, or form, is where you can find additional information pertaining to this FBI evidence record that was received under an FOIA request. Standing on its own, this information further confirms the validity of this FBI evidence record.
The third page of this FOIA request showcases the FBI document that we have been highlighting. It is good to note again that the envelope and letter were personally delivered by a special agent whose name remains redacted. The third and fourth page both confirm the “UnSub” to be listed as “AKA John F. Kennedy, Jr.”
FBI Records: The Vault - FOIA pages 155-156
The second page of this FOIA request, displaying a date of 11/25/1994, confirms that four sets of fingerprints were lifted from the envelope and the letter. However, it does not confirm the names of the people associated with the fingerprints that were found.
FBI Records: The Vault - FOIA pages 153-154
Four latent fingerprints of value were developed on the specimens.
If there were four latent sets of fingerprints of value found, who did they belong to?
Let’s apply some logical thinking. Let’s first assume that the letter was actually written and signed by the real person of John F. Kennedy, Jr. If this were true, one might conclude that JFK Jr.’s fingerprints would or could be one of the sets of fingerprints found on both the letter and the envelope. With certainty, it would only be logical to conclude that the special agent’s fingerprints, whose actual name is known to the FBI but redacted from the public record, would also be on the envelope. The envelope and letter were personally delivered or hand delivered by the special agent to Biden. So if Joseph R. Biden received the envelope, it would be logically to conclude that his fingerprints could also be found on the envelope and letter.
So who does the 4th set of fingerprints belong to, assuming JFK Jr. really did send this letter? Did the discovery of the 4th set of fingerprints cause the case to be ordered immediately closed?
Back in February, our team thought it might be wise to follow this recently launched account on Twitter/X. It was created and verified as an official government account in February 2025.
No rush though, as the censorship industrial complex had already suspended the account in March, indicating that it violates the X rules of engagement.
We are living through some extraordinarily crazy, censorship riddled, historic times.
Where there is silence, there is the story.
