South Africa vs Israel Genocide Convention
International Court of Justice (Updated 5/23/24)
Last week, the International Court of Justice met openly again regarding the Genocide Convention filing that was brought forth by South Africa against Israel in late December 2023. Despite nearly all mainstream media outlet in the US demanding that every single American MUST quickly dismiss any and all genocide claims against Israel, the International Court of Justice ruled earlier in support of South Africa.
More plainly stated, South Africa’s claims that Israel has committed genocide has been fully confirmed by the court for several months now and those claims are further supported by several other countries. These are irrefutable facts that the US MSM is clearly choosing to ignore.
Please know that our team’s role in all of this is to simply shine the light on the darkness. Where there is silence from the US MSM, there is the story.

On 5/10/24, South Africa filed an URGENT REQUEST for the “indication of additional provisional measures & the modification of measures previously prescribed by the Court.”
The introduction to the urgent request from 5/10/24 reads as follows.
The Republic of South Africa (‘South Africa’) regrettably finds it necessary to return to the Court to seek an urgent Order from the Court in the case of the Application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide in the Gaza Strip (South Africa v. Israel) for the protection of the Palestinian people in Gaza from grave and irreparable violations of their rights, and of South Africa’s rights, under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (‘Genocide Convention’), as a result of Israel’s ongoing military assault on Rafah.
Are you understanding why the US MSM is demanding that you deem anyone supporting Palestine to be a lunatic? Now why would such a demanding posture be required by the US MSM? Would it be to possibly sway public opinion when there are clearly publicly recorded facts that support just the opposite narrative?
Where there is confusion, one must pause, think logically, and dig further into the details before drawing conclusions or taking sides. For those interested in educating themselves on this topic, here are the most recent videos from the court proceedings that were held on 5/16/24 and 5/17/24.
South Africa presented its urgent request to the court on 5/16/24.
Here is a brief excerpt taken from the 13:41 minute mark.
Israel is escalating its attacks on Palestinians in Gaza, and in so doing, is willfully breaching the binding orders of this court. Israel similarly breaches the binding resolutions of the United Nations Security Council erroneously believing from the lack of counter measures by the Jesuit community that it is exempt from having to respect international law. This institutionalized impunity has led Israel to engage in this genocide which has shocked the conscience of humanity. (Video source: 13:41-14:18)
Israel presented its response to South Africa’s urgent request to the court on 5/17/24.
To summarize Israel’s rebuttal, they basically claim that South Africa is ignoring certain major facts in the case. Israel’s stance is and has been that they are “defending themselves” as any “state” would when an act of war occurs. Israel claims to be responding to the war that was started by Hamas. In other words, they are the victim, not the aggressor, so the court and South Africa should have no say as to how they defend themselves.
It is interesting to note that South Africa presented this urgent request on 5/10 and the ICJ denied Israel’s request to push back the oral argument dates established by the court. Written submissions for this case were actually due on Wednesday, 5/15, but the court opted to move to oral arguments for this urgent request on 5/16 and 5/17. These facts were communicated by Israel during it oral argument response on 5/17/24. Israel’s lead representative reported that their request to delay the hearing was denied by the court and that they did not even have time to bring their whole legal team together.
More plainly stated, the International Court of Justice appears to be losing patience with Israel, which is ignoring the International Court of Justice’s orders and defying the United Nations Security Council. So as of May 2024, South Africa is not only standing by its original genocide claims, but they are adding additional measures to the claim. Meanwhile, the State of Israel is operating as if they are exempt from international laws and court rulings.
So let’s get to the core question in this case.
What exactly is the State of Israel, established 1948? Is it a corporation? Or is it a “city-state” operating exempt from international laws like the District of Columbia, Vatican City, and the City of England? Or is it the 51st state of the union that we refer to as the United States?
One observation that our team shared earlier is that many of our US politicians seem to boldly adhere to a stern loyalty towards Israel. In addition, many of our US politicians are dual citizens. Nearly every person in the current Biden administration is both a US citizen and a citizen of the State of Israel.
How can one swear allegiance to and be a citizen of something that does not acknowledge itself to be a country? Perhaps we could ask Ghislaine Maxwell how this works? Do you recall her deposition? She stated under oath that she was a citizen of the US, the UK, France, and Terramar? Have you ever wondered if the "land” of Terramar was considered exempt from international laws too? Do you find it odd that a person would claim to be a citizen of a corporation?
In addition to our US politicians adhering to a stern loyalty towards Israel, the US MSM seems to have a stronger allegiance to the State of Israel than it has for the United States of America. Why is that? Captain Dan Hanley summarized things nicely with this post on X. It is hard to fathom that the United States had 50 independent news media outlets in 1983 and there are less than 10 today.
Reading between the lines on the South Africa vs Israel Genocide Convention case, it certainly appears to us that South Africa is presenting genocide claims that date back many years and Israel is demanding that this is only about the here and now. It is almost as if a Zionist regime is demanding that the public see it their way or else.
The questions remain - what exactly is the State of Israel, established 1948? Is it a corporation? Or is it a “city-state” operating roguely, exempt from international laws, much like the District of Columbia, Vatican City, and the City of England? Or is it the 51st state of the union that we refer to as the United States? Of course, if the US corporation was illegally established in 1871 (or 1783) and Israel was considered the 51st “state” of the US Corporation, Israel would simply be a subsidiary corporation of that same illegally established US corporation.
Why do these details matter? Well, they establish the laws and orders that apply to those committing the crimes. Is the State of Israel exempt from international laws or not?
The crime against humanity that is under investigation is genocide.
Meanwhile, what are “We The People” of Israel doing? They are protesting in large numbers in the capital city of Tel Aviv, demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his team. They are demanding new elections.
And what did the International Criminal Court (ICC), which is different from the International Court of Justice (ICJ), do on Monday, 5/20? It issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant, Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, and two other Hamas leaders.
And how did France and Belgium respond to this news from the ICC? They issued statements in support of the ICC putting out warrants to arrest Netanyahu and the 4 others.

And how did many US politicians and nearly every US MSM outlet respond to these actions taken by the ICC? They immediately went into “sway public opinion” mode, calling the actions of the ICC as being “dangerous,” “ridiculous,” and “absurd.” They basically advised the American people to disregard this news story altogether. The messaging was quite synchronized under the theme that there is “no moral equivalence” between the State of Israel (Jewish people) and Hamas (terrorists).
And how did the US government respond? Apparently, the US in full support of the ICC prosecuting Russia, but not Israel.
And how are other countries responding to the status of Palestine? Several European countries, including Norway, Ireland and Spain are now recognizing Palestine as a country. Sounds to us like some boundary lines are going to be reestablished?

And how did “resident” Biden and the Biden administration publicly respond to the arrest warrants being issued by the ICC? They referred to the actions taken to issue an arrest warrant for Netanyahu as being “outrageous.”

And what did Netanyahu have to say about the ICC arrest warrant?

Wow! Buckle up. All we know is that the Genocide Convention charges that South Africa brought forth against Israel seems to be marching forward on all fronts.
