Does "US Inc." Really Exist?
In order to understand anything that is going on right now, one must first ascertain the dreadful impacts of the Act of 1871, which basically created the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY. Yes, it is even important to understand the very capitalization of the letters in this company name. Was the Act of 1871 an act of war against the USA Republic and an attempt to turn Old Glory’s flagpole into a dried up stick, while the stars and stripes slowly faded away, evaporating like a mist?
The “Acts of the 41st Congress” in 1871 included an act entitled “An Act To Provide A Government For The District Of Columbia.” This is often referred to the “Act of 1871” or the “District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871.” Ulysses S. Grant was President at this time, serving as POTUS from 1869-1877. If you want to understand some of the crazy things happening at that time in our nation’s history, watch the first 5-6 episodes of “Hell On Wheels” to learn a little more about the building of the first transcontinental railroad.
In February of 1871, Congress basically created a separate form of government for the 10 square mile parcel of swamp known as Washington D.C. or the District of Columbia. This act had no constitutional grounds, and in essence, overthrew the USA Republic, which happened to be floundering financially at the time. The 41st Congress, with this act, basically “sold out” the USA Republic to the Rothschild banking cartel. More plainly stated, treason was committed against “We The People.”
So why is any of this important and what makes this relevant today? Well, if the Act of 1871 is being repealed or reversed, all actions taken by this illegally formed entity known as the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY from 1871 until now would need to be corrected. This, in essence, is what “draining the swamp” likely means.
Most Americans, including many of our team members, possessed very little understanding or even a hint of knowledge that a corporation called the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY even existed as this is NOT taught in history class in school. However, it has become quite interesting to be part of a team trying to uncover details on this mysterious entity called the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY or “US Inc.” The information on this topic is extremely hard to find and verify so that tells you something right there. It is meant to be hidden. It is not meant to be seen, discovered, or known.
The remainder of this post is simply a compilation of what our group of amateur citizen journalists has uncovered on this topic. To be perfectly clear, we are NOT laying claim to any secret knowledge with this story. We are simply sharing the little we know on this topic so our readers are informed as much, or as little, as we are.
Please do remember this as we proceed. “We The People” were not really ever supposed to know that the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY existed. For this reason, most of this information has remained invisible for all of these years.
This is the first question we all have to attempt answer.
Does “US Inc.” really exist?
Can we find any verifiable proofs that a company known as the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY or “US Inc.” really does exist?
In September 2023, Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes, who sits on a Task Force for the Department of Defense, made mention of Biden being the legitimate President, but just the President of the bankrupted US corporation. This interview remains accessible still today on Bitchute and Rumble for those interested in listening more closely to her comments, which would certainly suggest that “US Inc.” does exist.
Still skeptical? Just like the majority of our team members? Ask yourself this question. Why would a task force member from the Department of Defense state this publicly if it weren’t true? Is Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes just out for clicks?
Since making these comments, Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes has been deemed crazy and dismissed as a lunatic or ignored by most US MSM outlets.
Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes also shared this image on social media back on 8/8/23, detailing what appears to be 100 shares of common stock in the UNITED STATES CROWN CORPORATION. We have no way of confirming the source, but Mr. Edward Miele appears to be or was the rightful owner of this particular stock certificate, if it is real.
This information would suggest that an entity known as the UNITED STATES CROWN CORPORATION did or does exist. Was the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY a subsidiary of the CROWN CORPORATION or one in the same?
As shared by multiple social media sources, our team stumbled upon this court case 20-40375-KKS filed in the United States bankruptcy court in the northern district of Florida, Tallahassee Division on 1/22/21, indicating that the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY is in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.
Again, these court filings would certainly suggest, rather emphatically, that “US Inc.” does exist.
And more recently, the person who presents under the name @echodatruth on Twitter/X posted this information, indicating that the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY has offices in most every state.
Our team attempted to verify this information by physically visiting one of the addresses listed for Lincoln, NE. As anticipated, we were able to locate the building address at 233 S. 13th St. and the office location in Suite 1900, but all access to the actual office on the 19th floor of the building was denied. This collage of pictures shows the results of our attempted visit to the office located in Lincoln, NE. To be perfectly clear, there is no mention of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY on any signage outside or inside the building, based on the limited access that our team had when traversing inside the building.
However, the registered information for this address, and the many other addresses located across the US, would also suggest that the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY does exist with offices located in nearly every state.
Our “Maha Collective” team of citizen journalists has spent hours upon hours trying to answer this question. Who exactly are we at war with? Or more accurately, who exactly is this “invisible” enemy that we are at war with? Could the “invisible” enemy be the elusive UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY? You can’t really see it or find it anywhere, but it apparently exists and operates from real, yet hidden, physical addresses in nearly every state.
Assuming “US Inc.” does exist, one can conclude rather easily that the Act of 1871 was perhaps the most fraudulent play ever made in human history - masking the USA Republic as a corporation or turning a country and its people into nothing more than a corporate entity. Plainly stated, this was an unprecedented, malicious act of treason.
Did the clock officially strike midnight on 9/30/24 for good ol’ US Inc.?
Did the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY 2023-2024 fiscal year end come to an abrupt close?
The UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY may have attempted to turn Old Glory’s flagpole into a dried up stick, but the stars and stripes of the USA Republic, established 1776, will soon shine more brightly than ever before.
Or more plainly stated….a continuity of government (COG) restoration plan was required to take down “US Inc.” and reestablish the USA Republic. Quite literally, Old Glory, despite being tattered and torn, is being reattached to its flagpole.

Based on our very limited research, it certainly would appear that an entity known as the UNITED STATES CORPORATION COMPANY does exist. Why would information pertaining to this mysterious company be intentionally “hidden” from the public? We can only conclude that when information is hidden from the public and NOT taught in school, there is much to be learned.
