It Is Shaping Up To Be Quite A LEAP Year
Happy LEAP day as we all collectively hold our breath for what lies ahead in this LEAP year! As most are well aware, a LEAP year is a year with an extra day—February 29—typically added every four years. The last time we had a year with 366 days was 2020 and we all know how that turned out.
When the BRICS bloc of countries meet in Russia later this LEAP year in October 2024, they will likely be taking another gigantic LEAP forward. A bigger stage will most certainly be needed as they welcome a minimum of 6 more countries to the Summit. The leaders of the five countries that carry the name of the bloc—Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa—will be joined by the six countries who recently joined BRICS.

Kazan, the largest city and capital of Tatarstan, Russia, will be the host city for the 2024 BRICS Summit.
The term kazan means 'boiler' or 'cauldron.' The historical symbol of Kazan is the mythical dragon-like creature Zilant.
A Zilant is a legendary creature with the head of a dragon, the body of a bird, the legs of a chicken, the tail of a snake, the ears of a canine, the red wings of a bat or bird, sharp teeth, dark-gray feathers and scaly dark-gray skin.
It is becoming quite clear to our team that Russian President, Vladimir Putin is and will be a key figure in world economics moving forward. Recently, the American people were able to “see” the gentle giant as a human being, speaking quite coherently on many topics while being interviewed by Tucker Carlson.
It is good to note that Putin has been diabolically opposed to the New World Order and its globalist agenda for quite some time. He has publicly stated many times that he will destroy the New World Order. Fringe news sources were allegedly reporting in 2015 and 2016 that the Rothschild banking cartel declared Putin a traitor and threat to the New World Order (NWO) and Agenda 21/30.
What exactly do you think we are watching Putin do right now? He is clearly in the process of destroying the New World Order, and/or those who claim allegiance to the globalist agenda. (i.e. UN, NATO, US, Ukraine, etc.) Plainly stated, he is protecting Russia’s sovereignty as a nation. It is what Presidents do.

As far as BRICS is concerned, it certainly appears that world leaders from across the globe are lining up to join the BRICS bloc of nations.

The expansion includes diverse nations, challenging Western economic dominance and possibly rivaling the power of the US dollar.
The BRICS bloc of nations seems to be executing a coordinated de-dollarization strategy. More plainly stated, leaders of nations are abandoning the US dollar en masse. Gold-backed national currencies may wipe out the US dollar altogether.
Many nations are ditching the US dollar and trading in other currencies.

In what is another sign of the unfolding BRICS de-dollarization plan, Egypt has officially ditched the US Dollar in trade. Indeed, the country was one of five nations to accept an invitation to join the alliance at its 2023 summit. Subsequently, it has already firmly embraced its shift to local currency trade thus far.

It was reported yesterday (2/27) that BRICS will take loans in the Chinese Yuan.
It is going to be quite a LEAP year, huh? Will the US LEAP backward or forward? Will BRICS continue to LEAP forward with no one really challenging its mission?
And, oh by the way, what exactly was Texas Governor Greg Abbott doing in India in late January?
Apparently, Texas has been working closely with India for quite some time now? Governor Abbott issued this proclamation back in August 2022.
Is the Republic of Texas its own sovereign state or country? Will Texas be the first US state to join BRICS in 2024?
Now, that would be quite a LEAP. All we know is that Texas has been getting oddly cozy with India for quite some time.
And once the real-time settlement systems are coordinated with multiple countries (BRICS+) actively linked, there will be limited or zero use for the US dollar. Finance ministers from across the globe met on 2/26/24 to discuss this very topic.

welllll- here's the thinggggg! Omaha Ne. Douglas Co. Commissioners (Commissars) recently eliminated "Citizen Comments" on non-agenda items. On 2/4 (just 3 days before Israel was attacked by Islamist Gazans) I protested On an agenda item - giving Property tax exemption to a local ISLAMIC CENTER - and was told "Mr. Storer can walk his ISLAMPHOBIA right out of here" then the then President of the Central Committee told me essentially the same thing and "never again"! The my own Commissar declared me GUILTY of "HATE SPEECH"...! So much for Elected officials that dishonor their Oaths, and all AMERICANS, let alone those that died, served and are serving to "...protect,.....enemies, foreign and domestic!
The City Council (Committee of speech suppression) had no "citizen comments" period - and often interrupts, cuts off, orders Sheriffs deputies to remove (some) citizens that they feel break their "Parliamentary" Rules. (PAUSE) Neither really applies the Ne. Open Meetings Statute or it's "Intent" as a so called protection of "We the People"'s rights to "Speak on each and every item,..... limiting the citizens they work for - by interpreting the clause, term "Reasonable" Rules..., to their definition of, and advantage, against us! Against our tax dollars....!
This per advice from National Organizations,...., such as the National Association of Counties,or, ..... , and the "Lobbyists" they employ and pay, either thru "Dues" or Proclamations, Resolutions, Ordinances,..., (our taxpayer dollars), which also is often on top of Federal "Covid" or "Arpa" dollars, for the taking which are still taxpayer dollars! RUN FOR THE MONEY! Who can we help finance - a payroll, a new business, new physical plant, ....,
What happens when the well runs dry? Who will run to, then Cry? Then when the Feds say UHHHH - it's "Clawback" time, to recover unqualified grant money - will they cough up out of their own pockets? Will the advisor they paid to advise them? Or will you, We The People?
