To refresh, the International Court of Justice is located at The Hague in the Netherlands.
The Hague is a city on the North Sea coast of the western Netherlands. Its Gothic-style Binnenhof (or Inner Court) complex is the seat of the Dutch parliament, and 16th-century Noordeinde Palace is the king’s workplace. The city is also home to the U.N.’s International Court of Justice, headquartered in the Peace Palace, and the International Criminal Court.
The evidence that was most recently filed in this case by South Africa is being made public by name alone. The filing is called the “memorial,” the contents of which are not being disclosed. This “memorial” document is described as having 750 pages and 4,000 additional pages of exhibits.
Our focus today is to simply share the growing list of countries supporting South Africa in this historic case. When claims are made by one country or two, it can be easy to quickly dismiss the claims as “nothing to see here.” And when nothing happens visibly for all to see in the form of justice, there is also good reason to dismiss the topic as “unimportant” or “unworthy of our attention.” However, when country after country lines up in support of the claims, it is wise that we all pay closer attention.
The question quickly becomes this. Why is the US MSM adamant that Americans support Israel? Why is this nearly “required” of every US citizen with little or no mention of the word “Palestine” even allowed?
We will let those questions simply marinate for you today as we now share the growing list of countries intending to join South Africa in this Genocide Convention case. Per the United Nations Regional Information Centre for Western Europe, here is the list that was shared publicly in October.
1. Nicaragua: applied to join on 8 February
2. Belgium: declared intention to join on 11 March
3. Ireland: declared intention to join on 27 March
4. Colombia: applied to join on 5 April
5. Turkey: declared intention to join on 1 May
6. Libya: applied to join on 10 May
7. Egypt: declared intention to join on 12 May

10. Chile: declared intention to join on 2 June
11. Palestine: applied to join on 3 June
12. Spain: declared intention to join on 6 June
13. Cuba: declared intention to join on 22 June
Yes, it being reported that at least 13 other countries have expressed their intention to join South Africa in this Genocide Convention case that was filed by South Africa on 12/29/23.
To further confirm that this information is true and reliable, our “Maha Collective” team of citizen journalists dug a little deeper. We arduously performed 13 incredibly brave Google searches and decided to share 13 links to stories we found that have been written specifically about each one of these countries on the list. You are welcome to perform your own on-line search to discover that multiple articles are readily available confirming each one of these.

And this article, dating back to January 2024, would suggest that Pakistan and Namibia should likely be added to the list of the 13 countries already supporting South Africa. This would increase the number of countries supporting South Africa to 15.

All of this support for South Africa begs the question……which countries, if any, are supporting Israel? It appears to be just one, or possibly two - the United States and possibly the United Kingdom.
This all leaves us to wonder if the United States is an unnamed co-conspirator or one of several other countries/corporations involved in these genocidal acts. This article would suggest that the US is not just showing its undying support for Israel in this case, but defending itself.
IN GENOCIDE CASE AGAINST ISRAEL AT THE HAGUE, THE US IS THE UNNAMED CO-CONSPIRATOR (1/11/24)
And to refresh, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ordered the state of Israel to halt its military offensive in the southern Gaza city of Rafah. This order was delivered by the court on or around 5/24/24. Through October, or nearly 5 months after this order was given, the state of Israel continues on the offensive.
Israel must immediately halt its military offensive and any other action in the Rafah Governorate which may inflict on the Palestinian group in Gaza conditions of life that could bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.
This new measure is delivered “in conformity with Israel’s obligations under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, and given the worsening conditions of life faced by civilians in the Rafah Governorate”.
So what does Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Salman have to say on this topic? As of 10/27/24, he was calling for the end of the illegal occupation, for the “State of Palestine” to be recognized with 1967 borders and Jerusalem as its capital, and for Netanyahu to be held criminally responsible for acts of genocide.
Of course, other people wishing to remain anonymous are sending similar messages from the highest mountain tops in Russia, as well. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the US MSM is not reporting any of this.
Take a deep breath, my friends. If the “state” of Israel, founded in 1948, is nothing more than a branch office of the United States Corporation Company, illegally founded in 1871, we have ourselves quite the cluster when it comes to international laws and treaties involving crimes against humanity.
Take another deep breath, my friends. Pause and reflect on the question at hand.
Why does the US MSM require Americans to boldly and blindly, and dare we say religiously, support the “state” of Israel?
Again, when country after country lines up in support of a Genocide Convention case, it is wise that we all pay closer attention. These are incredibly disturbing, serious claims involving genocidal acts or crimes against humanity.
For the adults in the room, it is becoming critically important that we call a Genocide a Genocide.

Friends, it is time to wake up.
When the evidence most recently filed is being withheld from the public under a 750-page document, supported by 4,000 pages of exhibits, named the “memorial,” the time has simply come for all of us to start paying closer attention.
South Africa files ‘evidence’ of ‘genocide’ by Israel in ICJ case (10/28/24)
The “memorial” — the name of the document detailing South Africa’s case against Israel before the ICJ — cannot be made public but laid out evidence in “over 750 pages of text, supported by exhibits and annexes of over 4,000 pages”, it added.
