BRICS Summit - The Financial Precipice
Has The Time Come For The World To Bypass The US-Centric Financial System?
With a host of countries expressing an interest in joining the bloc of 10 nations known as BRICS, it would certainly appear that the world could experience massive changes after the BRICS Summit concludes later today, 10/24/24, in Kazan, Russia.
Our “Maha Collective” team of citizen journalists provided this preview a few weeks ago, citing the many countries expressing interest and/or applying to join the BRICS bloc of nations. The number of countries on this list was around 40 when this article was put together in September.
39 Countries Ready To Join BRICS in 2024 (10/22/23)
The 39 countries that are ready to join BRICS in 2024 are Algeria, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bolivia, Comoros, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Honduras, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Mexico, Morocco, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestine, Senegal, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela, Vietnam and Zimbabwe, among others.
Has the time come for the world to bypass the US-Centric financial system? Have we reached the summit, so to speak? Have we arrived at the precipice, financially speaking?
In addition to the 10 BRICS member countries, it looks as if 27 other countries have been in attendance at the 16th BRICS summit, plus a representative from the United Nations. Palestine was included on the list of recognized countries attending.
Prior to the BRICS Summit, Cuba was the latest country from the list of 39 to formalize its request to join the BRICS bloc of “emerging market” nations.

Sri Lanka appears to have been a late arriving add-on to the list of 39 and was listed as attending the 2024 BRICS summit.

As of 10/23/24, the list of BRICS countries appears to be on the verge of growing substantially. It was announced that 13 countries have officially been added to the alliance as partner countries (not full members) - Algeria, Belarus, Bolivia, Cuba, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand, Turkey, Uganda, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
In short, the projected list of BRICS member countries could move from 10 to 23 in the near term.
As the “old” world economic system is being ushered out the door, the BRICS bloc of nations is ushering in “new” economic opportunities. While G7 countries remain stagnant and go unmentioned in most stories about BRICS, the bloc of nations known as BRICS continues to expand and grow.
However, is this a “real” battle for global economic supremacy or just formalities that are being required to off-set the potential collapse of the US dollar or the slow, calculated removal of the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency?
While our team can’t completely answer that question for you, we can observe the gap that is now widening between the GDP of G7 countries vs. BRICS bloc of nations. Check out these charts from Statista and the Visual Capitalist.
And to think that these stats are from April 2023. Or more plainly stated, G7 countries will have little or no influence in world economics after the BRICS Summit concludes in Kazan, Russia later today.
The GDP gap will only be growing wider and wider in the months ahead as the statistics from the 5 other countries that joined BRICS in January 2024 and those countries that join BRICS in the coming weeks enter into the statistical mix. Our team took the liberty of marking up this chart so you can see into the future, and take note how closely this chart will soon resemble offsetting boomerangs or the XRP logo.
Yes, in just a matter of hours, the world economic landscape could be shifting dramatically with impacts realized in 2025. Perhaps this could explain why Xi Jinping’s plane was escorted by Russian military fighter jets? Sounds as if some threats on Xi’s life may have been in play…or was this just a kind gesture from Putin?
While applications are clearly on the rise for BRICS, several other sources have been reporting that more and more countries are considering abandoning the US Dollar.

And once mBridge (Multiple CBDC Bridge), or BRICS Bridge, is fully implemented, will the US dollar simply not be needed any longer?
The BRICS Bridge is a digital payment system that aims to reduce the reliance of developing countries on the US dollar.
The main purpose of mBridge is to enable its users to bypass the US-Centric financial system.
“We The People” of these United States of America might need to heed the sage advice of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. At this historic moment in time, BRICS expansion is NOT something to be feared. It is just a signal being sent out that some big changes are coming. And please don’t overlook the New Development Bank flags in the center of the photo that RFK, Jr. shared.
The US needs to adjust to a post-unipolar world. We must take the expansion of BRICS seriously, not as a threat, but as a signal. The signal is telling us to stop weaponizing the US dollar. Release dreams of world dominance. Lead the world by being a beacon of freedom and prosperity.
And Donald J. Trump has given us a few “signals” as well, “donning” a brick suit back in 2023 and calling out the “bricks suit guy” at several of his rallies.
The “bricks suit guy” also appeared recently at a JD Vance speaking engagement in Pittsburgh, PA.
Pay close attention, friends - we are witnessing history in the making today as the 2024 BRICS summit concludes in Kazan, Russia. The time zone is 8 hours ahead of those residing in the middle of America so it will be 1:55 pm in Kazan, Russian when this post is delivered to you.
The world is about to change!
